Authorities have identified the man who allegedly drove drunk and struck eight students from the Anaheim High School track team on Wednesday afternoon.
Anthony Alva-Palafox, 27 The man, aged 10, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and is being held on $100,000 bail. The suspect is expected to make his first court appearance this Friday.
