Surveillance images show her boarding an international flight to Croatia from Salt Lake City International Airport on November 30, with a layover in Amsterdam. According to local media reports, Seymour shared partial custody of the children with her two ex-husbands. The alert was triggered when she failed to show up for work and stopped responding to messages, prompting authorities to conduct a welfare check at her residence on December 2. Disturbing Messages and Findings: That same day, Seymour reportedly left a voicemail for one of the parents, informing them that she was in France and planned to settle permanently in Europe. According to the father's testimony, she expressed religious beliefs about an impending "end times." Notes and lists found in the residence, which the investigation said suggested a planned departure from the country, included instructions to destroy documents and dispose of electronic devices. Authorities are also investigating the alleged falsification of travel documents for the children.

Arrest Warrant and Criminal Charges

The Utah Department of Public Safety issued a missing person alert on December 10, identifying Seymour as a suspect in custody interference. She was subsequently charged with four counts of this crime, considered a third-degree felony, and an arrest warrant without bail was issued, along with an emergency temporary protective order.
