Rakesh Paul told ETimes about the incident that, I was about to leave for my shoot when the fire alarm started ringing in our 28-storey building. It was a fire alarm in the A wing of the complex. The fire started on the second floor. The entire wing was immediately evacuated, but the girl living in the flat that caught fire was struggling to come out. Seeing the fire, she panicked and jumped and is now admitted in the hospital.

Rakesh Paul further told that everything happened so suddenly that people got scared. However, the security staff took immediate action on this. The fire was brought under control after the arrival of the fire brigade.
