Jon Bon Jovi spoke about the baby that Millie Bobby Brown and their son adopted: "It's crazy"
The American musician and composer enthusiastically expressed how wonderful it is to be a grandfather, although he confessed that the news surprised him
Recently, Jon Bon Jovi spoke for the first time about what he thinks of the baby that his son Jake Bongiovi and actress Millie Bobby Brown adopted.
In a recent conversation with Bunnie XO, the American musician enthusiastically expressed how wonderful it is becoming a grandfather, although he confessed that the news took him by surprise.
“It's crazy, but wonderful. Incredible,” said Jon Bon Jovi.
The musician said that from the moment he saw the girl, he felt she was his granddaughter. "We met the baby, obviously, and the moment you see her, she becomes your granddaughter. She's your baby," he said.
He also confessed that he's now “that annoying guy always asking for pictures and updates” of the baby, expressing his happiness at the little one's arrival.
The 63-year-old rock icon also defended Jake and Millie's marriage, which took place in May 2024 and will be followed by a more lavish wedding in Italy, assuring that the couple is mature for their age and that they have the full blessing of the family.
In August, Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi, who married last year, announced that they had adopted a baby girl.
Through her Instagram account, the 21-year-old actress shared the news with a brief message. “This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption,” the statement read.
“We are so excited to embark on this beautiful new chapter of parenthood with peace and privacy. And then there were 3. Love, Millie and Jake Bongiovi,” the letter reads.
Millie has expressed her desire to become a young mother in previous interviews and mentioned that motherhood has been a dream of hers since childhood, influenced by her parents' family history.
