Authorities release Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's records: multiple stab wounds
Four days after being found dead in their Brentwood, Los Angeles residence, and following dozens of speculations, the cause of death of actor and filmmaker Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele Singer, has been confirmed.
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's records, the couple died from “multiple stab wounds” "Sharpening."
The news comes after it was confirmed that the couple's son, 32-year-old Nick Reiner, will be formally charged in the deaths of the actor and his wife, as announced by District Attorney Nathan Hochman at a press conference alongside Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell.
According to reports, prosecutors plan to file two counts of first-degree murder with special circumstances of multiple homicides. They will also include a special charge that he used a dangerous weapon (a knife).

Despite reports suggesting that Rob and Nick had a heated argument during the celebration, one of the attendees (who preferred to remain anonymous) claimed that the incident was being exaggerated. Furthermore,He indicated that Nick Reiner's behavior at the party was not unusual for the Reiner family, who were more than accustomed to such situations over the years.
