In this episode, now from the premises of PMCH to the wards, how is the cleanliness, good or bad, it will now be determined by the patients and their relatives admitted in the ward.

To what extent is the hospital system fit, how satisfied the patient is, for this, only the patients and their families will give their suggestions on the arrangements through rating. Patients will also be able to complain or praise the cleanliness in the hospitals. This will have a direct impact on the payment received to the contractors of the cleaning company.

According to the new rule, now daily feedback will be taken from the patients and their families by the supervisor of the cleaning company. The cleanliness system will be recorded in the document for the feedback of the patients, if the patients complain then the tender of the company will also be canceled. While giving information, Dr IS Thakur, Superintendent of PMCH said that a letter has been issued to the cleaning company.

The new rule has been directed to be implemented within 24 hours of the order. Now every morning and evening, after taking feedback from five patients, that report will have to be given to the superintendent's office. On the basis of the report, the cleanliness system will be seen and further decision will be taken.

In fact, Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav had suddenly reached PMCH late last night. Where most people do not even recognize them. When Tejashwi Yadav reached PMCH without letting anyone know, he got angry seeing the arrangement there. There was a stir in the hospital administration as soon as the Deputy Chief Minister came to know about it. After this, Tejashwi Yadav held a meeting and gave many instructions to the officers to improve, after which some changes are happening every day.
