Gyanvapi Case: In the Gyanvapi-Sringar Gauri case of Varanasi, an important hearing is to be held in the district judge's court on Tuesday. The hearing is to be held today in the court of the District Judge in the matter of regular darshan of Shringar Gauri and protection of other Deities located in the Gyanvapi complex. In the matter, the Anjuman Inazaniya Masajid Committee (Muslim side) has completed the arguments on objections to 51 points filed. The Muslim side has already demanded in the court that this suit is not maintainable, it should be dismissed.

Let us tell you that on the order of the Supreme Court in the court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishwesh, debate is going on whether the petition filed by five women for regular darshan of Shringar Gauri on 51 points is maintainable or not. At the same time, before the hearing of the case, a new twist has come in this case. In the case, four women litigants resident of Varanasi have formed a trust on behalf of the Hindu side. This trust will have the responsibility of looking after the issue in the court.

Let us tell you that except Delhi resident Rakhi Singh, Laxmi Devi, Sita Sahu, Manju Vyas and another woman litigant are included in this trust. Hindu side's party Vishnu Jain has given this information on Monday. This trust will have the responsibility of looking into the matter of Gyanvapi in the court. Vishnu Jain told that there will be dignitaries of Kashi including the legal team in the trust. Our sole aim is to get our rights back and this will be done under the umbrella of this trust. He said that after the registration of many cases in the Gyanvapi Masjid case, we felt the need of the trust, so we have formed this trust for further coordination and better management.
