In Netwarpatti village of Barhalganj police station area of ​​Gorakhpur, two persons died after a boat capsized in Rapti river on Sunday morning. Seven people, including a woman resident of Netwarpatti village, were going across the river to Bhadila village of Deoria district to fetch animal feed on a boat. Meanwhile, the boat started sinking due to the strong current of the river. Within no time the boat sank. The people of the village who arrived after hearing the noise saved the woman and four youths, but Brijesh Yadav and Baliram Singh, who were on the boat, drowned in deep water. The villagers took Baliram Singh out of the river and took him to the hospital where doctors declared him brought dead. However, Brijesh Yadav's body could be traced in the river after two hours.
