UP: Second CIPET of UP will start in Banaras, youth will get employment, PM Modi will inaugurate on seven
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to give a big gift to the youth of Purvanchal including Varanasi during his upcoming tour.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is visiting Varanasi, will also inaugurate the Central Institute of Petrochemical and Technology (CIPET) on July 7. CIPET is the second institute in the state and the first in Purvanchal, built on 10 acres in Karsada with about 40.10 crores. Its foundation stone was laid by the Prime Minister on 15 July 2021.
Apart from meeting the needs of the companies, CIPET will also provide employment to the youth. After education and training, a target has been set to connect 85 percent youth with employment and self-employment. The institute built with the cooperation of the Central and State Government is equipped with modern facilities and resources.
Boon for the youth of Purvanchal
Technical assistance will also be given to plastic industries. This will give impetus to the plastic and polymer industry. Every year 2000 youth will be given skill development training through this course. The target is to train one thousand students per year. This center will prove to be a boon for the youth of Purvanchal.
Training is being given to the youth for many years
The special thing is that even though this center is now ready, the training of youth is going on continuously for many years in the rented building near Bhullanpur PAC. Both the central and the state government have a 50-50 stake in setting up this centre.
PM will also speed up water transport
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming on a two-day (July 7-8) tour of his parliamentary constituency Varanasi. During this, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of about 28 projects. According to the information received from the district administration, about 18 projects will be inaugurated, including CIPET's Skilling and Technical Support Center (CSTC) located on the Sultanpur-Varanasi National Highway. The foundation stone of 10 projects costing more than 305 crores including beautification of Manikarnika and Harishchandra Ghat, three railway overbridges will be laid.
The Prime Minister will also dedicate to the public the 10-storey International Girls Hostel, repair and construction work of 96 roads along with the ground floor in BHU. Kadipur railway station on Babatpur-Choubeypur road, Hardattapur and Rajatalab on Prayagraj-Varanasi railway line and Jansa Rameshwar road on Lohta Chaukhandi railway line can also lay the foundation stone of three two-lane railway over bridges. To speed up the water transport in Ganga, the work of jetties will start at Assi Ghat, Shivala Ghat, Kedar Ghat, Panchganga and Rajghat. Some more development works can be added to the list. Its formalities are being completed.
