Russia Fire: Cafe in Russia caught fire, 13 killed, five others injured

A fire broke out in a cafe in the Russian city of Kostroma on Saturday. At least 13 people have died in the accident, while five others are said to be injured. Kostroma region governor Sergei Steennikov said 13 people died in the fire. Five others sustained minor injuries.
The fear of using flare guns is Kostroma is located about 340 kilometers north of Moscow. The population here is 2,70,000. Local officials said the cafe caught fire after someone used a flare gun.
