A truck loaded with frozen turkeys intended to be donated for Thanksgiving was stolen this weekend outside a nonprofit organization in Lake Elsinore, Riverside County.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Office reported At approximately 7:55 a.m. this Saturday, marshals responded to the 31000 block of Auto Center Drive after receiving reports of a vehicle theft. When officers arrived at the scene, they interviewed the person who reported the theft. The victim informed them that the thieves had stolen a truck containing frozen turkeys that were to be donated.
