A Hispanic mother was arrested in connection with her 19-month-old son falling from her car while turning at an intersection in Fullerton, Orange County.
Jacqueline Hernandez, 35, was taken into custody by Fullerton police on charges of aggravated child abuse, authorities said Monday.
In a statement, the Fullerton Police Department said officers became aware of a video circulating on social media showing a child falling from a black SUV as it turned from Euclid Street onto Malvern Avenue last week.
