Two officers from the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) were accused of pointing their firearms at three Hispanic students at a bus stop.
The complaint was filed by a citizen, Vanessa Acosta, who was near the scene, recorded the incident with her cell phone, and intervened to help the three young men.
The encounter involving police officers and the Hispanic teenagers occurred at approximately 3:50 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, in the Sylmar area.
