One person died and six others were injured in a shooting that broke out this Sunday during an illegal street takeover in Carson, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department (LASD) reported.
According to the LASD, shortly before 3:00 a.m. This Sunday, deputies responded to reports of shots fired at the intersection of Harmon Avenue and Charles Willard Street, where authorities said an illegal street occupation was taking place.
When officers arrived, they found several people suffering from gunshot wounds.
