Bollywood actress Sunny Leone has approached the court to get an FIR lodged against her quashed. The actress has moved the Kerala High Court. According to reports, the Crime Branch wing of the State Police had registered an FIR against Sunny four years ago. Sunny Leone is accused of violating the contract for a stage performance in Kozhikode. In this connection, Sunny has demanded cancellation of the FIR lodged against him.

In her petition, Sunny Leone has rejected the allegations leveled against herself, her husband Daniel Weber and the employee. He has claimed that he was not involved in any type of crime. Sunny Leone says that she has been put in a quandary. According to Sunny, he has suffered a lot during the long process of this case, while no concrete evidence has been found against him.

 According to reports, the crime branch is probing the case related to the murder of a person named Shias Kunhumohammed in Ernakulam district. Registered on complaint. The show's coordinator Shias said in his complaint that Sunny had signed a contract to perform on stage. For this he took Rs 39 lakh. But Sunny Leone and others did not attend the program and neither returned the amount.
