Jessica Alba and Cash Warren officially finalized their divorce
The actress and the producer began their divorce proceedings a year ago, in January 2025; however, they had been physically separated for two years
Actress Jessica Alba and producer Cash Warren have officially closed the legal chapter of their marriage. The former couple finalized their divorce amicably, just one year after initiating legal proceedings and after two years of physical separation.
According to Page Six, the settlement, which ends a relationship of almost two decades, is notable for the lack of public conflict. According to reports, Alba and Warren have agreed to share physical and legal custody of their three children: Honor (17), Haven (14), and Hayes (7). Sources close to the couple told Page Six that their priority is maintaining family stability and an environment of mutual respect for the well-being of their children. One of the key points of the final agreement is the division of assets. Documents revealed that Jessica Alba, founder of The Honest Company, will make a $3 million payment to Warren to balance the division of their shared assets. This amount will be paid in two non-taxable installments of 1.5 million each: the first immediately and the second within a year.
Interestingly, neither party requested spousal support, reaffirming the financial independence they have both maintained.
In addition, the actress formally requested to reclaim her legal name, leaving behind the surname Warren to be officially recognized only as Jessica Alba.
A New Beginning
Alba and Warren met in 2004 on the set of Fantastic Four and married in May 2008. Although their initial separation in 2004 surprised many, they have both been seen maintaining a cordial relationship at family events.
Currently, Jessica Alba has begun a new personal chapter; She has recently been romantically linked to Captain America actor Danny Ramirez, with whom she was seen celebrating the start of this year. Meanwhile, Cash Warren has also been seen rebuilding his life in Hollywood's social circles, thus consolidating a divorce that, although final, seems to have concluded on the best possible terms.
