The Mexican singer Marco Antonio Solis, popularly known as “El Buki,” moved his fans by dedicating a tender message to the Colombian singer Karol G, on the occasion of the premiere of his highly anticipated documentary, La PremiEre.
Through his social media, the performer of “If You Hadn't Left” was quick to express his excitement upon seeing the final result of the film, highlighting Karol G's strength and sensitivity.
“The premiere of my dear @karolg is out on YouTube, and I'm so excited to see the final result,” Solis wrote on his Instagram account, accompanying a carousel of photos with the Colombian singer.
The message continued with an emotional declaration of gratitude and recognition: “It's an honor to have been part of this very special project and to lend my voice to a work that comes from her heart.”
“Thank you, dear Karol, for inviting me to walk with you on this project and for sharing your art with such strength and sensitivity. I receive it with gratitude and all my love,” the Mexican concluded his message.
The premiere, which was released last Sunday, is an audiovisual production that offers an intimate look at the creative process behind her recent album, Tropicoqueta.
The documentary, which aired on more than forty countries, it is considered the most personal work of the Medellin-born artist. The production travels through iconic cities such as Medellin, Cartagena, and Los Angeles, showcasing the roots and influences that shaped the album. One of the highlights was the participation of Marco Antonio Solis, a gesture that underscores Karol G's respect for traditional Latin music.
