In such a situation, a discussion has started among the public that TCP guideline should be adopted in rural areas as well, because TCP guideline is needed in villages also. Along with this, the massive construction of houses in Ani town is mostly done by untrained masons. In such a situation, a large part of the market reached the brink of destruction. At the same time Kiran Bazar, old hospital building and court road of VVIP area are also not safe. In the past, Dehuri Khad and Bhairad Nullah have caused heavy damage to the houses around the Nullah. In such a situation, everyone is keeping their own opinion on the damage caused to the town. At the same time, such disasters should not recur in future, it is also no less than a challenge for the administration. Talking about the disaster in Ani, haphazard construction and encroachment are also responsible for it. At the same time, many houses are built in such a way, where there is neither any drainage system nor any way.
