Department of Justice sues UCLA for alleged antisemitism
In its lawsuit, the DOJ alleges that the university engaged in a pattern of Title VII discrimination against Jewish and Israeli employees
The Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a lawsuit against the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) for alleged antisemitism and a supposedly hostile work environment.
In a statement, the DOJ reported on the lawsuit, in a document of The 81-page lawsuit was filed this Tuesday. The complaint alleges that UCLA engaged in a pattern or practice of Title VII discrimination against Jewish and Israeli employees by failing to prevent or correct discriminatory and harassing conduct.
