A man was charged with three counts of murder in the car crash that ended a police chase, an accident in which a Hispanic woman and her boyfriend, of Hispanic origin, died on the night of Wednesday, April 1, in the Pomona area.
Jennifer Loera-Zarco, 25, eight weeks pregnant, and her boyfriend, Marc Trejo-Saldivar, 26, were the victims identified by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office. According to the Pomona Police Department, the incident resulted from a police chase that began when officers responded to a domestic violence report on East 10th Street.
