4 dead, 7 acquitted
In the Nagla Persi brick kiln case, 10 out of 11 witnesses were presented in the court. On expressing inability to identify the accused, the ADJ Special SST Court acquitted all the accused on the basis of suspicion after 28 years. Four accused Jagan, Shripal, Harprasad, Madana alias Madan have died in the case. Other living accused in the case Bhagat, Atarpal, Dharampal, Atar Singh, Pappu, Bhure, Ranveer have been acquitted.
