Preliminary hearing for D4vd is scheduled for June 29 in Los Angeles
The singer's initial hearing for the murder of Celeste Rivas will determine whether there is cause for a trial; Burke remains in custody without bail
The preliminary hearing to find out whether the singer D4vd is on trial for the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernández was scheduled for June 29, announced a judge from the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
That date will start the preliminary hearing process, which will allow to determine whether there is a cause or not to initiate a trial in against David Anthony Burke, known by the stage name D4vd, accused of killing the 14 year-old Hispanic teenager.
Judge Charlaine Olmedo reported on the agreement between the prosecutor's office and the defense, so that the process begins on Monday June 29, a process that could be extended for several days.
