Prosecutor's Office accuses Latino of closing Los Angeles freeway to film video

A Latino man was charged by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office with allegedly closing the 110 Freeway for the purpose of filming a music video.
In a statement, prosecutors accused Eduardo Erik Martinez of being responsible for the incident that It happened on November 22, 2023, on the north side of the freeway near the 9th Street exit ramp during the afternoon rush hour.
Investigators said Martinez recruited several people to use their vehicles to block traffic lanes before filming a music video featuring other drivers doing donuts on the road behind and around him.
