A storm gaining strength in the Pacific arrives midweek with more rain starting this Wednesday in Southern California.
The National Weather Service (NWS) forecast that the storm's effects will begin to be felt this Wednesday in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties, before moving to Ventura and Los Angeles counties starting Thursday morning.
According to meteorologists, precipitation is expected across most of Southern California before the weekend.
