Let's talk about the documentary Jesse & Joy: "What We Never Said," which premieres today on HBO Max
Through a press release, it is confirmed that "Lo que nunca dijimos" will be a documentary that will offer "a never-before-seen look at the life and career of the six-time Latin Grammy winners." The production itself will present four episodes, with never-before-seen testimonies from Jesse and Joy, as well as family, friends, and celebrities.
Regarding the documentary, the production states that these four episodes offer “a close look at how the brothers managed to move forward from a space of anonymity with many obstacles along the way, to become one of the most important bands in the Latin music scene in recent years, giving rise to a discography with songs that have had a great impact among different generations of listeners,” HBO Max shared in a statement.
The brothers are going through a good moment at work, and after celebrating the production and release of this HBO Max documentary, they are also celebrating a new Latin Grammy nomination for their most recent album, “Lo Que Nos Falto Decir,” which competes in the category of Best Traditional Pop Album.
This nomination allows the Huerta brothers to add 18 throughout their career. The band is also currently on tour, and has performed 24 shows so far in the United States and Latin America.
